Accepted Answer

The Arruda Group was founded by Stacy Arruda after her retirement from the FBI in 2018. During her 22-year FBI career, Stacy held wide-ranging leadership roles in the Cyber and Counterintelligence Divisions, directing and drafting multiple cybersecurity and counterintelligence programs and leading hundreds of trainings and presentations across the United States and abroad.

Question 4

What are proactive cybersecurity solutions?

Accepted Answer

Proactive solutions are designed to reduce your organization's cybersecurity risk before a breach or incident occurs. The Arruda Group's proactive services include Cyber Awareness Program Development, Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Social Media Vulnerability Assessments, and Insider Threat Mitigation. Since 91% of cyber crime begins with a simple email, training your employees is the single most impactful step an organization can take.

Question 5

What are reactive cybersecurity solutions?

Accepted Answer

Reactive solutions address security threats and incidents that have already occurred or are actively unfolding. The Arruda Group's reactive services include Corporate Counterintelligence, Due Diligence Investigations, Risk Mitigation, and The Quantico Experience. Our team brings decades of FBI investigative expertise to provide discrete, effective solutions for even the most sensitive situations.

Question 6

What is the Quantico Experience?

Accepted Answer

The Quantico Experience is a one-of-a-kind executive training program that combines traditional classroom instruction on cyber threats, active shooters, and security consciousness with tactical training on the firing range — modeled on FBI training at Quantico, Virginia. It is designed to give executive teams a comprehensive, immersive understanding of the security threats their organizations face.

Question 7

What is a Social Media Vulnerability Assessment?

Accepted Answer

A Social Media Vulnerability Assessment involves the Arruda Group analyzing your organization's internet and social media presence through the lens of a hacker. The goal is to illustrate how seemingly harmless information posted by employees or the organization can be exploited by bad actors to gain unauthorized access to your network or sensitive systems.

Question 8

What is Insider Threat Mitigation?

Accepted Answer

Insider threats come from within your own organization — from employees, contractors, or partners with legitimate access to your systems. Insider Threat Mitigation goes beyond technical solutions to address placement and access vulnerabilities, build employee awareness, and detect anomalous behavior before damage is done. The Arruda Group's FBI background makes us uniquely qualified to identify and address these risks.

Question 9

What is Corporate Counterintelligence?

Accepted Answer

Corporate Counterintelligence refers to the efforts to protect your organization's sensitive information, intellectual property, and operations from unauthorized access, espionage, sabotage, or theft — often by a competitor, foreign entity, or malicious insider. The Arruda Group's extensive FBI counterintelligence background uniquely positions us to identify threats and implement effective countermeasures.
